Endurance Technologies has commenced commercial production at its new greenfield manufacturing facility in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, marking the start of operations at the company’s latest production site.
The facility was established following approval from the company’s board in May 2024. Built on an 11-acre land parcel, the plant represents an estimated investment of around Rs 400.9 crore, which has been funded entirely through internal accruals.
The new facility is equipped to manufacture aluminium die-cast components and houses capabilities for machining, assembly and advanced surface treatment processes. Endurance Technologies said the plant will cater to growing component demand from the four-wheeler and non-automotive sectors.
The facility will manufacture structural and powertrain castings for both internal combustion engine vehicles and electric vehicle platforms, expanding the company’s production capabilities across multiple mobility applications.
At the time of commissioning, the plant has an installed capacity to produce 900 metric tonnes of cast components per month. The facility has also been designed with provisions for future expansion, allowing production capacity to be increased to 1,100 metric tonnes per month.
The new manufacturing facility strengthens Endurance Technologies’ production footprint while positioning the company to support increasing demand for aluminium cast components across automotive and emerging mobility applications.
