Toyota Kirloskar Motor has achieved a major milestone in its electrification journey by recording cumulative sales of 3 lakh hybrid vehicles in India. The milestone highlights the increasing adoption of self-charging hybrid electric vehicle (SHEV) technology among Indian buyers, driven by rising awareness of better fuel efficiency, lower emissions, improved driving performance and hassle-free ownership experience.
