From India to the Global Stage: Applications open for UMA Bootcamp 2025

Compete for 30 Sponsored Seats and Jumpstart Your Global Motorsport Career with Elite Training in Spain.

Young Indian engineers now have a unique opportunity to earn a spot at UMA Bootcamp 2025, a prestigious international motorsport training program hosted in Madrid, Spain.

Applicants must submit a video and application form, along with a one-time participation fee of INR 15,000 plus GST, to enter the selection process. Out of all entries, only the top 30 candidates will be selected for fully sponsored seats. These finalists will embark on an immersive 18-day Bootcamp, featuring hands-on training with Porsche GT3 Cup cars, real-time race environment exposure, and guidance from elite motorsport professionals.

A Once-in-a-Lifetime Opportunity
The 30 selected participants will train in authentic race environments and engage directly with Porsche GT3 Cup cars. The top 5 performers will secure internships with Spain’s premier RGB Racing Team, participating in prestigious events such as the Porsche Sprint Cup Ibérica, the 6 Hours of Abu Dhabi, or the 24 Hours of Dubai.

“Motorsport is where passion meets precision. UMA Bootcamp is not just a course, it’s a gateway into the world’s most demanding and rewarding sport. We are opening our pit lanes and world-class facilities to Indian talent ready to prove themselves on the global grid,” said Roberto Gómez Bueno, 3-time Le Mans winner and Team Principal of RGB Racing Team.

“This is the kind of opportunity I wished for early in my career, and I look forward to mentoring the next generation of race engineers and data specialists,” added Omkar Rane, Founder of United Motorsports Academy and D&O Motorsports.

Learn from F1 & Le Mans Experts
Participants will acquire industry-ready skills in vehicle dynamics, data acquisition, race strategy, and motorsport operations under the guidance of experts with Formula 1 and Le Mans experience.

While all 30 selected candidates will receive immersive, hands-on training, only the top performers will earn international internship placements that pave the way for global career opportunities.

Applicants who do not make the final cut will still gain access to UMA’s community, exclusive masterclasses, and continuous mentorship to support their long-term ambitions in motorsport engineering.

“Our mission is clear: to elevate India’s engineering talent onto the world motorsport stage. UMA Bootcamp is designed for those dreaming of World Endurance Championship, Le Mans, and beyond. We ensure that financial barriers do not limit passionate talent,” said Omkar Rane.
