With an impressive score of 84 out of 100—up from 74 last year—this recognition highlights Continental’s ongoing commitment to sustainable practices across its operations.
EcoVadis evaluated Continental’s performance across four key areas: environment, ethics, labor and human rights, and sustainable procurement. The company excelled particularly in labor practices and procurement sustainability.
Jorge Almeida, Head of Sustainability at Continental Tires, stated, “This year’s platinum rating reflects our deep-rooted commitment to sustainability. It’s a testament to how sustainability is integrated into our global operations and value chain.” He emphasized that the company is continually innovating—from sourcing sustainable materials to recycling end-of-life tires.
