JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has introduced four new-generation Off-the-Road (OTR) tyre solutions at BAUMA CONEXPO INDIA 2026, held at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida.
Designed for construction, material handling and mining applications, the new tyres are engineered to offer enhanced durability, higher load-carrying capacity, improved traction and greater operational efficiency in demanding working environments.
The newly introduced products include 12.5/80-18 MPT 45 16PR TL for Self-Loading Concrete Mixers (SLCM) and Backhoe Loaders, 16/70-20 MPT117 14PR TL for SLCM and Telehandler applications, 18-19.5 MPT117 18PR TL for SLCM applications, and 12.00R20 JDO XD OTR 22PR 156/153F TT for Mining Tippers. The latest additions further strengthen JK Tyre’s premium OTR portfolio with application-engineered solutions developed for the evolving requirements of India’s construction, infrastructure and mining sectors.

The MPT 45 pattern has been developed to deliver strong traction and stability, making it suitable for Self-Loading Concrete Mixers and Backhoe Loaders operating across mixed terrain. Its robust tread design supports machine performance while promoting even wear and longer service life.
The MPT117 pattern has been designed for versatile construction and material-handling operations, offering strong grip, improved durability and reliable performance for Self-Loading Concrete Mixers and Telehandlers. Its optimised tread geometry enhances manoeuvrability and supports operator confidence in challenging working environments. The 18-19.5 MPT117 has been specifically introduced for SLCM applications.
The JDO XD has been specifically engineered for Mining Tipper applications, where durability and load performance are critical. Its heavy-duty construction and reinforced casing provide enhanced resistance against cuts, chips and abrasions, helping fleet operators achieve greater productivity in harsh mining conditions.
The new products have been developed keeping Indian operating conditions in mind and are designed to help customers maximise machine performance while improving operational efficiency. With a focus on durability, high load-carrying capability and extended service life, the latest range is aimed at supporting customers in reducing total operating costs across demanding applications.
