SKF launches nationwide mobile van campaign to support two-wheeler mechanics

This initiative will reach over 100 cities across 19 states, engaging more than 8,000 mechanics in the coming months. It focuses on skill development, product awareness, and on-ground anti-counterfeiting education to enhance the automotive aftermarket ecosystem.

SKF India Limited, a leading technology and solutions provider for bearings and units, has launched a branded mobile van campaign to empower two-wheeler mechanics nationwide. Covering over 100 cities across 19 states, the initiative aims to engage with more than 8,000 mechanics in the coming months. It focuses on skill development, product awareness, and on-ground anti-counterfeiting education to strengthen the automotive aftermarket ecosystem.

Counterfeiting remains a major challenge in the automotive aftermarket, posing risks to both customers and mechanics. This campaign seeks to combat the issue by raising awareness about counterfeit products and emphasizing the importance of using genuine parts. Mechanics will also receive training on identifying authentic SKF products using the SKF Authenticate app.
