ZF Aftermarket inaugurates India’s first cutting-edge ZF [pro]Tech Plus workshop in New Delhi

ZF [pro]Tech workshops align with ZF Aftermarket’s “Maximizing Mobility Uptime” strategy by providing workshop partners with technical know-how, training, and mounting instructions. Supported by ZF’s aftermarket experts, these workshops receive access to technical data, service campaigns, marketing support, and advanced training programs. ZF Group, a global leader in driveline and chassis technology, as well as active and passive safety solutions, has inaugurated India’s first ZF [pro]Tech Plus workshop in New Delhi. This milestone reinforces ZF’s dedication to advancing technology, fostering local expertise, and elevating customer service standards across the country.

With a rich legacy spanning over 40 years, ZF Aftermarket has been at the forefront of supporting workshops globally. Since 2012, the ZF [pro]Tech network has been equipping workshops with essential technical knowledge, specialized training, and OEM service data.

The New Delhi workshop was inaugurated by Markus Wittig, Global Head of Business Line Passenger Car, ZF Aftermarket, alongside Vijay Khorgade, Head of Business Line Passenger Car IMEA. Rolly Chadha, Head of European Motor Works and owner of the workshop, led the celebratory event. This inauguration highlights the global significance of the initiative and reaffirms ZF’s dedication to empowering its partners worldwide.

According to ACMA, the Indian automotive aftermarket grew by 10%, from 10.6 Bn USD to 11.3 Bn USD, in FY 2024, due to increase in vehicle parc and increasing formalization of the repair and maintenance market.

ZF [pro]Tech is available in two versions: ZF [pro]Tech start and ZF [pro]Tech plus. While both offer valuable support, ZF [pro]Tech plus includes personal on-site assistance and annual technical training. India already has over 140 ZF [pro]Tech start workshops, with plans for significant expansion of both formats in the next two years.
