Pininfarina appoints Lucia Morselli as new Chairman of the Board of Directors

Pininfarina Spa announced on Friday that its Board of Directors has unanimously appointed Lucia Morselli as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, following the death of Paolo Pininfarina.

The Board of Directors granted Lucia Morselli powers of legal representation of the Company pursuant to art. 22 of the bylaws and the institutional powers conferred by the law and the bylaws, without delegating executive powers and without the powers conferred being in any way deemed to be executive.

Morselli will remain in office until the term of the Board of Directors currently in office expires, with the shareholders’ meeting held to approve the financial statements on December 31, 2024.

The Company’s Board of Directors will co-opt a new director, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, giving the market timely notice of the appointment.
