Varroc welcomes Akshaykumar Chudasama to Board of Directors

Varroc’s appointment of Akshaykumar Chudasama aims to strengthen corporate governance and boost cross-border business expertise. Chudasama brings over 30 years of legal experience with academic credentials from St. Xavier’s College and the London School of Economics.

Varroc, a leading global Tier-1 automotive supplier, has appointed Akshaykumar Chudasama as an Independent Director, effective May 29, 2025. This strategic appointment is aimed at bolstering corporate governance and enhancing the company’s cross-border business capabilities.

Chudasama brings over 30 years of legal experience and holds academic credentials from St. Xavier’s College, University of Bombay, and the London School of Economics. He currently serves as Managing Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., where he specializes in cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.
