HCIL announces special support to flood-affected car owners in Chennai

Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL), a leading manufacturer of premium cars announced Special Service Support for all flood-affected Honda car owners in Chennai. 

In response to the recent floods in the city, HCIL is taking proactive measures to address the challenges faced by car owners, ensuring swift and effective assistance to restore their vehicles.

The initiative will include a range of measures such as the expansion of parking spaces at secure location in dealerships to accommodate maximum cars as there is higher influx of cars coming for repair. To speed up the vehicle repair, HCIL is collaborating with neighbouring dealerships to offer crucial technician assistance. This effort aims to facilitate prompt repairs, enabling customers to quickly resume their daily routines.

In consideration of potential challenges faced by customers with vehicles declared as total loss, HCIL will refund the extended warranty charges or transfer it in case of purchase of new Honda car. In addition to these relief measures, the company is also offering a one-month grace period for free services to accommodate the disruption in regular vehicle maintenance schedules caused by the floods.
