Schaeffler India reports 17.5% revenue growth in Q2 2026, net profit at ₹336.7 Crore

Schaeffler India posted 17.5% year-on-year revenue growth in Q2 FY2026, with net profit of ₹336.7 crore and continued double-digit growth across key businesses.

Schaeffler India Limited has announced its financial results for the second quarter and first half of the financial year ended June 30, 2026, following approval by its Board of Directors.

For the April–June 2026 quarter (Q2 2026), the company reported revenue from operations of ₹2,681.4 crore, marking a 17.5% year-on-year increase over the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue also grew 7% sequentially compared to the January–March 2026 quarter.

Profit before tax (PBT), excluding exceptional items, stood at ₹452.5 crore, up 13.7% year-on-year. The company’s PBT margin for the quarter was 16.9%, compared to 17.4% in Q2 2025 and 17.0% in the preceding quarter.

Net profit for the quarter came in at ₹336.7 crore, with a net profit margin of 12.6%.

For the January–June 2026 period, Schaeffler India posted revenue from operations of ₹5,188.4 crore, representing an 18.1% increase over the same period in 2025.

The company reported PBT (before exceptional items) of ₹878.2 crore for the first six months of the year, up 16.5% year-on-year, while the PBT margin remained at 16.9%, slightly lower than 17.2% recorded during the corresponding period last year.

Net profit for the six-month period stood at ₹656.4 crore, with a net profit margin of 12.7%, compared to 12.8% in the first half of 2025.

Commenting on the results, Harsha Kadam, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Schaeffler India, said the company delivered strong double-digit growth during the first half of 2026, supported by robust performance across its Automotive Technologies, Vehicle Lifetime Solutions, and Intercompany Exports businesses. He noted that despite a challenging market environment, Schaeffler India achieved sequential quarterly growth, although profitability was marginally affected by higher costs arising from geopolitical developments.

Kadam added that the company remains focused on maintaining its growth momentum through the remainder of the year while continuing to deliver consistent financial performance despite ongoing macroeconomic uncertainties.
