The company attributed the strong performance to sustained demand across multiple vehicle categories, particularly in the two-wheeler and commercial vehicle segments.

Spark Minda has reported its strongest-ever financial performance for FY26, driven by robust demand across multiple vehicle segments and increasing adoption of premium automotive technologies.

The company recorded consolidated revenue of ₹6,185 crore for FY26, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 22.3%. EBITDA rose 25.5% to ₹721 crore, with margins improving to 11.7%, while profit after tax climbed 40.3% to ₹358 crore.

Strengthening its technology and EV-focused strategy, the company also announced two key global partnerships during the year. Spark Minda entered into a joint venture with Japan-based Toyodenso for advanced automotive switch technologies and signed another joint venture with UK-headquartered Turntide Technologies to introduce next-generation EV powertrain solutions in India.

According to the company, these collaborations aim to accelerate localisation, strengthen domestic supply chains, and bring advanced global automotive technologies to the Indian market in line with the government’s ‘Make in India’ initiative.

Commenting on the results, Ashok Minda, Chairman and Group CEO, said FY26 reflected “consistent execution and steady progress” despite evolving market conditions. He added that demand remained particularly strong in the two-wheeler and commercial vehicle sectors.

Through Minda Corporation, Spark Minda operates across mechatronics, connected systems, and plastic and interior solutions, catering to two-wheelers, passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and aftermarket businesses.
