Effective May 1, 2025, Alex Gelbcke will take over as Head of Europe at ZF Aftermarket, bringing extensive industry experience to the role. He will focus on strengthening the European market by enhancing customer relationships, employee engagement, and business growth.
Gelbcke joins ZF from LKQ Europe, where he currently serves as CEO Benelux & France. With 18 years at Tenneco as General Manager & VP Aftermarket EMEA and leadership roles in several established companies, he brings deep expertise in the aftermarket sector.

Alex is a respected professional with 25 years’ experience in the Automotive Aftermarket spanning various vehicle segments.
