All-new 2025 Nissan Murano debuts in U.S.

The all-new Murano builds on Nissan’s design theme – energetic elegance – with a sleek and modern exterior accentuated by available 21-inch wheels, full-width LED taillights and available two-tone paintwork.

Nissan has unveiled the 2025 Nissan Murano, showcasing the all-new midsize crossover’s premium design and a host of new features. The redesigned Murano will be available exclusively in the U.S. and Canada starting in early 2025.

The all-new Murano builds on Nissan’s design theme – energetic elegance – with a sleek and modern exterior accentuated by available 21-inch wheels, full-width LED taillights and available two-tone paintwork. The interior is equally impressive, with soft-touch, finely detailed materials throughout; dual, high-definition 12.3-inch displays; and delightfully upscale features like available 64-color ambient lighting and massaging front seats.

The 2025 Murano imparts confidence and control to those behind the wheel with standard Nissan Safety Shield® 360. Additionally, ProPILOT Assist and ProPILOT Assist 1.1 help to streamline road trips by helping with highway driving. Finally, there are two new-to-Murano camera technologies: Invisible Hood View, which allows for a virtual view through the engine bay for precise navigation, and 3D Around View® Monitor, which provides eight virtual vantage points “around” the vehicle when parking or maneuvering.

Staying connected while on the go is more important than ever, and Murano rises to the occasion with available Google built-in, including up-to-date Google Maps and other apps, right in the vehicle’s 12.3-inch touchscreen. The system is paired with a Bose® 10-speaker audio system tuned for immersive sound throughout the cabin.

The all-new Murano is powered by a responsive 2.0-liter VC-Turbo (Variable-Compression Turbo) powertrain rated for 241 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, an increase of 20 lb-ft compared to the outgoing Murano. The engine is paired with 9-speed automatic transmission that features paddle shifters for more engaging driving dynamics. Idle stop start is standard.

The all-new Murano is available with either front-wheel drive or Intelligent All-Wheel Drive. To aid ride and handling, frequency sensitive dampers and electric power steering have been adopted.

As per the outgoing model, the all-new 2025 Nissan Murano will be produced in Smyrna, Tennessee, with pricing announced closer to the on-sale date. It marks the third, all-new Nissan-brand model delivered in quick succession for the U.S. and Canada under The Arc Business plan, following the launch of the Kicks in August and reveal of all-new Armada in September.
