Lucas Oil elevates Naomi Furgiuele to Vice President of Product Development

Lucas Oil Products, a global leader in high-performance automotive additives and lubricants, has elevated Naomi Furgiuele to the role of Vice President of Product Development.

Furgiuele joined Lucas Oil earlier this year as a Senior Product Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience driving business growth and leading innovation. She most recently served as General Manager and Chief Innovation Officer at Ignite Venture Studio, where she co-built four digital native startups in healthcare and beauty, securing over $25 million in funding and quadrupling the value of the portfolio within three years. She also co-founded Small World Brands, successfully launching Nuria Beauty and other brands globally, driving consistent growth. 

Prior to these roles, Furgiuele spent 16 years with Johnson & Johnson, holding senior leadership positions across R&D and strategy. She spearheaded a global innovation pipeline valued at over $600 million for skincare brands like Neutrogena and Aveeno, and identified billion-dollar growth opportunities in therapeutic skincare and diabetes care. Furgiuele’s expertise spans consumer insights, technical product design, marketing strategy, and cross-functional leadership, making her a perfect fit for her expanded role at Lucas Oil.
