Polestar has announced the appointment of Jonas Engström as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
In his new role, Jonas will focus on delivering Polestar’s expanding vehicle programs and managing the company’s daily operations. He will also collaborate closely with CEO Michael Lohscheller to translate the company’s strategy and vision into actionable plans across the business.

With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Jonas joined Polestar in 2021 as Head of Product and Program. He was promoted to Head of Operations in July 2023 and has previously held several senior leadership positions at Volvo Cars, including Head of Product Strategy.
