
Varroc Engineering Ltd, a leading global Tier-1 automotive component supplier, has announced the appointment of Padmanabh Sinha as an Independent Director on its Board, effective July 18, 2025. This move underscores Varroc’s commitment to strengthening governance and strategic leadership.
Sinha brings over 20 years of expertise in private equity and technology entrepreneurship, with leadership roles at NIIF, Temasek, and Tata Opportunities Fund. He is currently the Managing Partner and Co-founder of LaunchBay Capital, a growth-stage private equity firm focused on mid-market Indian enterprises.
An alumnus of BITS Pilani with a degree in computer science, Sinha also holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and has completed the Executive Development Program in Private Equity at Harvard Business School.
