Kia India has commenced production of the All-New Kia Seltos at its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, marking a major milestone for the brand as it strengthens its leadership in the mid-size SUV segment in India. The company has confirmed that prices of the All-New Kia Seltos will be announced on January 2, 2026.
Widely regarded as one of India’s most successful and segment-benchmarking mid-SUVs, the new-generation Seltos represents a bigger, bolder and more progressive evolution of the nameplate. Developed to align with the evolving expectations of Indian SUV buyers, the All-New Seltos offers enhanced cabin space, bold new design, improved ride comfort, confident handling, advanced safety technologies and next-generation digital features. The SUV blends global engineering standards with solutions tailored specifically for Indian road conditions and lifestyles.

The Anantapur plant is Kia’s first manufacturing facility in India and a key global production hub. Established in 2019, it was the site where the Kia Seltos was first produced, a model specifically conceptualized and engineered for Indian customers. Built to serve both domestic demand and exports to international markets, the facility features advanced automation, high-quality standards, and a skilled workforce. Since its inception, the plant has played a central role in Kia’s global strategy, making the Seltos not only a flagship model for India but also a significant contributor to Kia’s worldwide portfolio.
The All-New Kia Seltos builds on the strong legacy and widespread customer trust earned by its predecessor, while advancing Kia’s core product pillars of bigger presence, bolder design and progressive safety & technology.
