Carraro India inaugurates first Authorised Service Centre in Faridabad

Carraro India has inaugurated its first authorised service centre in Faridabad, strengthening aftermarket support for agriculture, construction and material handling equipment. The company plans four regional service hubs across India by 2026.

Carraro India Limited has inaugurated its first authorised service centre in Faridabad, in partnership with PHE Industries Pvt. Ltd., marking a key milestone in the company’s pan-India expansion strategy. The initiative is part of Carraro India’s plan to establish four authorised service centres across North, South, East, and West India by 2026, enhancing aftermarket support for the agriculture, construction, and material handling sectors.

The inauguration was attended by Andrea Conchetto, CEO of Carraro Group, Italy, and Dr. Balaji Gopalan, Managing Director of Carraro India Limited, along with partners, customers, and industry stakeholders. The Faridabad centre will serve as the primary hub for customers across North India, providing OEM-grade spare parts, expert repairs, and technical support for tractors, construction machinery, and material handling equipment.

Carraro India, an independent Tier-I solution provider, specialises in axles, transmission systems, gears, and related components. The company operates two manufacturing plants in Pune with in-house R&D and maintains a supplier network of over 180 domestic partners across eight states and more than 55 international suppliers.

Dr. Balaji Gopalan, Managing Director, said, “Our expansion reflects Carraro’s commitment to powering India’s off-highway sector. These four regional hubs and the expanded dealer network will strengthen the spares business, supporting Atmanirbhar Bharat by ensuring Indian OEMs and end-users in agriculture, construction, and material handling have faster access to genuine OEM-grade parts and expert repairs. As farm mechanisation and infrastructure development accelerate, our pan-India footprint will deliver unmatched reliability, cost savings, and sustainability—keeping equipment operational longer while reducing waste and imports. The Faridabad centre marks the beginning of this transformative journey.”

Andrea Conchetto, CEO of Carraro Group, added, “India’s dynamic market demands robust aftermarket support, and this network rollout positions Carraro as the go-to partner for high-performance drivetrains. With four state-of-the-art service centres planned across India by 2026, plus an expanded ecosystem of authorised distributors and dealers, we are building future-proof infrastructure to ensure customers—from tractor manufacturers to construction firms—receive genuine OEM parts, rapid repairs, and zero-compromise uptime.”
