Talbros Automotive secures over ₹1,000 crore orders across domestic and export markets

Talbros Automotive Components Limited has secured orders worth over ₹1,000 crore from leading OEMs across domestic and export markets, with execution spread over the next five years starting FY27, reinforcing its global footprint and EV readiness.

Talbros Automotive Components Limited (TACL), along with its joint ventures, has secured orders worth over ₹1,000 crore from leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs across domestic and export markets. The orders are to be executed over the next five years, with commercialisation expected to begin from FY27.

The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing to stock exchanges on February 6, 2026. The order wins span TACL’s entire product portfolio, including gaskets, heat shields, forgings, hoses, anti-vibration products, and chassis components.

The sealing business division secured orders worth approximately ₹250 crore for gaskets and heat shield products, of which around ₹110 crore is for export markets. The forgings business received export orders worth about ₹500 crore, with a significant portion coming from a newly onboarded Europe-based global automotive component supplier.

Through its joint venture, Marelli Talbros Chassis Systems, the company secured export orders worth ₹90 crore for body-in-white (BIW) components from a multinational automobile manufacturer of luxury vehicles and SUVs. These orders are linked to electric vehicle (EV) programmes.

Meanwhile, the Talbros Marugo Rubber joint venture bagged domestic orders worth ₹170 crore for hoses and anti-vibration products.

Overall, exports account for approximately ₹700 crore of the total order book, while around ₹100 crore of the orders are related to EV applications, the company said.

Established in 1956, Talbros Automotive Components Limited manufactures automotive and industrial gaskets, chassis components, rubber products, and forgings. Along with its joint ventures, the company operates 10 manufacturing facilities across Haryana, Uttarakhand, and Maharashtra, and runs an R&D and technology centre in Faridabad.

Talbros supplies to major automotive OEMs including Jaguar Land Rover, JCB, Volvo, Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Honda, Hero MotoCorp, and Mahindra & Mahindra, among others.
