
SKF India Industrial Limited has appointed Madhu Dhandhania Jalan as Director of its Global Capability Centre (GCC) and Finance Operations Centre for the India, Southeast Asia, and Middle East region. In her new role, she will lead the development and expansion of SKF’s captive capability organization while strengthening regional financial governance, driving transformation initiatives, and building an integrated global delivery model to support the company’s long-term growth ambitions.
Jalan brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across diverse sectors, including finance, audit, consulting, corporate banking, telecommunications, logistics, and e-commerce. Her extensive professional background includes senior roles at leading organizations such as Amazon, Maersk Global Service Centres, Tata Teleservices, Tata Communications, Avaya, ICICI Bank, and Bharti Airtel.
A qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Jalan also holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
Commenting on her appointment, Jalan said the company’s regional growth journey presents a significant opportunity to build future-ready capabilities, enhance operational excellence, and create a scalable delivery platform that supports business efficiency and long-term value creation.
