Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has launched the 2026 CB750 Hornet and XL750 Transalp with advanced E-Clutch technology. The motorcycles are priced at ₹10.49 lakh and ₹13.20 lakh respectively and are now available for booking through Honda BigWing dealerships.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has expanded its premium motorcycle portfolio with the launch of the 2026 CB750 Hornet and XL750 Transalp, introducing the company’s innovative E-Clutch technology to the Indian market. The CB750 Hornet is priced at ₹10.49 lakh, while the XL750 Transalp carries an ex-showroom price of ₹13.20 lakh. Bookings for both models are now open through Honda’s BigWing dealership network across the country.

Commenting on the launch, Tsutsumu Otani, President & CEO, HMSI, said that the new technology has been developed to support riders across a variety of riding conditions, ranging from daily urban commuting to long-distance touring. He added that the introduction of E-Clutch technology reflects Honda’s commitment to delivering advanced engineering solutions and enhanced value to Indian customers.

Powering both motorcycles is a 755cc parallel-twin engine that produces 67.5 kW of power and 75 Nm of torque. The key highlight of the new models is Honda’s E-Clutch system, which enables clutchless gear shifting while retaining the option of manual clutch operation, offering greater convenience and flexibility for riders.

Positioned as a performance-focused street-naked motorcycle, the CB750 Hornet features upside-down front forks, dual front disc brakes, and a full-colour TFT instrument display with smartphone connectivity. Its aggressive styling and rider-focused ergonomics are aimed at enthusiasts seeking a dynamic urban riding experience.

The XL750 Transalp, meanwhile, is designed for adventure touring and mixed-terrain exploration. It comes equipped with long-travel suspension, multiple riding modes including a dedicated Gravel mode, and a distinctive dual-LED headlamp setup. These features enhance its capability across both paved roads and off-road environments.

Honda has also refreshed its premium motorcycle range with a new colour option for the Gold Wing luxury tourer. Priced at ₹44.30 lakh (ex-showroom), the flagship touring motorcycle continues to be powered by its renowned 1,833cc six-cylinder engine paired with a dual-clutch transmission.

Completing Honda’s premium lineup is the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP, which remains the brand’s flagship supersport offering. Priced at ₹33.50 lakh (ex-showroom), the motorcycle is powered by a 1,000cc inline-four engine that produces 160 kW of power and features advanced electronic suspension along with high-performance Brembo braking components.
