In the past decade, SAVWIPL has doubled its distribution centre space to 52,000 sqm, underscoring its commitment to enhancing customer service. Over the last two years, the company has also expanded its network of touchpoints by 35%, reaching a total of 540 across India. A key development in this expansion is the addition of 8,000 sqm to the Pune RDC, bringing its total area to 33,000 sqm, further strengthening support for customers across all brands.

Škoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited (SAVWIPL) places a strong emphasis on customer centricity, and to further enhance the customer experience, the company has significantly expanded its regional distribution centre (RDC) footprint across India. Over the past decade, the RDC network has grown to an impressive 52,000 sqm.

A notable highlight of this expansion is the recent addition of 8,000 sqm to the Pune RDC, bringing its total size to 33,000 sqm. This upgrade sets new benchmarks in operational efficiency and customer service. In addition to the Pune RDC, the Group operates strategically located parts distribution centres in NCR and Bangalore, ensuring comprehensive coverage and service across the country.

These facilities manage parts and accessories for all five premium brands under the Group in India—Škoda, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, and Lamborghini. While primarily serving the domestic market, the facilities also support international distribution. This expansion underscores SAVWIPL’s ongoing commitment to enhancing aftersales service and delivering an exceptional experience to customers.
