
Pristine Value Logistics, a prominent third-party logistics (3PL) provider, has entered into a long-term lease agreement with Antariksh Group to establish a state-of-the-art, 165,000 sq. ft. Grade A built-to-suit (BTS) multi-client warehouse at Antariksh LogiPark in Bhiwandi, near Mumbai. The new facility is expected to be operational by March 2025, according to an official statement.
The multi-client warehouse will offer versatile solutions for handling a wide range of goods, providing flexibility to accommodate the dynamic needs of the modern supply chain. Designed with a plug-and-play model, it allows clients to easily scale and adjust their operations as required.
Sanjay Mawar, Director of Pristine Value Logistics and Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects, stated, “We are expanding our warehousing capacity to meet the growing demand and deliver customized, scalable solutions to our clients. This expansion aligns with our vision to evolve into a comprehensive logistics and supply chain service provider. We plan to rapidly increase our warehousing footprint across India, demonstrating our commitment to operational excellence and superior service.”
The new warehouse will feature FM2 flooring with a six-tonne load-bearing capacity, ventilation systems providing six air changes per hour, roof insulation to reduce heat, and provisions for solar panels, emphasizing sustainability. Additional features include six dock levelers at the dock bay, cross-docking with 32 docks, and a dedicated compound with a 60 ft road at the warehouse’s front and a 70 ft road at the rear.
Currently, Pristine Value Logistics operates 1,100,000 sq. ft. of warehousing space in Bhiwandi, capable of handling over 35,000 boxes daily. With the addition of the Antariksh LogiPark facility, the total warehousing capacity will increase to 1,265,000 sq. ft., with the ability to handle 50,000 boxes per day.
