Honda has launched the updated Elevate in India at a starting price of Rs 11.80 lakh (ex-showroom). The facelift marks the SUV’s first major update since its 2023 launch and brings revised styling, a refreshed cabin and several new features.
Bookings for the updated Elevate opened on October 1. The SUV continues with the same 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, offered with a six-speed manual or CVT automatic.

| V | Rs 12.29 lakh | Rs 13.79 lakh |
| VX | Rs 13.93 lakh | Rs 15.39 lakh |

The entry-level price remains unchanged compared with the outgoing model, while the range-topping price has increased by Rs 1.94 lakh. The facelift is available in SV, V, VX, ZX and new ZX+ trims, with the latter also offered in a Black Edition.
The exterior retains the Elevate’s familiar silhouette but gets several styling revisions. The front features a new segmented LED DRL strip above the grille, connecting the LED headlamps. The grille gets a new mesh pattern with a gloss-black finish, while the fog-lamp surrounds are now body-coloured. The Honda logo has also been repositioned onto the leading edge of the bonnet.
At the rear, an LED light bar connects the tail-lamps, while the body cladding now gets a gloss-black finish. The alloy wheel design remains unchanged. Honda has also introduced a new Nordic Forest Pearl exterior colour, available in both monotone and dual-tone versions.
Inside, the facelift brings a larger equipment list. The SUV gets ventilated rear seats, which Honda claims is a segment-first feature, while the front seats are now powered and ventilated. Other additions include a 360-degree camera, front parking sensors and capacitive-touch rear LED reading lamps. CVT variants also get an electronic parking brake with auto hold.
Honda has revised the dashboard, replacing the outgoing faux-wood trim with white leatherette padding and stitching. Factory-fitted ambient lighting is now available on higher variants.
The safety package has also been upgraded with rear disc brakes and adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow, added to the Honda Sensing ADAS suite. Existing features such as the 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, semi-digital instrument cluster, single-pane sunroof, lane-watch camera, wireless charger, smartphone connectivity and six airbags continue.
Honda has also added additional sound-deadening material, claiming improved cabin insulation and lower NVH levels. The actual difference will need to be assessed during a road test.
Mechanically, the Elevate remains unchanged. Its 1.5-litre four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine produces 121hp and 145Nm and is offered with a six-speed manual or CVT. Honda claims fuel efficiency of 15.31kpl for the manual and 16.61kpl for the CVT.
The Elevate continues to miss out on the 1.5-litre strong-hybrid powertrain offered with the City.
The updated Honda Elevate continues to rival the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara in India’s midsize SUV segment.
