TVS Motor Company and Indian Oil partner to deploy LPG Distribution Fleet

TVS Motor Company has signed an MoU with Indian Oil to deploy TVS King Kargo HD cargo vehicles across more than 13,000 LPG distributors in India, improving last-mile delivery efficiency while supporting sustainable commercial mobility.

TVS Motor Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) to deploy sustainable cargo vehicles across the oil major’s LPG distribution network, strengthening last-mile delivery operations and promoting cleaner commercial mobility.

As part of the partnership, TVS Motor Company will facilitate vehicle procurement for Indian Oil’s extensive network of more than 13,000 LPG distributors across India. The initial phase of the collaboration will see the deployment of the TVS King Kargo HD, a three-wheeler cargo vehicle designed for efficient last-mile transportation.

The initiative aims to modernize LPG distribution logistics by improving operational efficiency, reducing the total cost of ownership for distributors, and lowering carbon emissions through the adoption of more sustainable mobility solutions.

Commenting on the partnership, Rajat Gupta, Business Head – Commercial Mobility, TVS Motor Company, said the collaboration is focused on providing dependable commercial mobility solutions that help Indian Oil’s distributor network improve productivity, optimize operating costs, and strengthen daily supply chain operations.
