Toyota Kirloskar Motor inaugurates Tserv in Swaraj Dweep of Andaman & Nicobar Island

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) announced the inauguration of its 61st Tserv outlet in Swaraj Dweep [Havelock], Andaman and Nicobar Island. The event took place in the presence of Toyota Leadership, Mr. Masakazu Yoshimura, MD and CEO of TKM and Regional CEO (India, Middle East, East Asia & Oceania Region) at Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC), Mr. Vikram Gulati, Country Head and Executive Vice President (Corporate Affairs & Governance) and Mr. Arun G Nair, Project Vice President, Strategic Business Unit (East) and Prince Toyota – Dealer Principal, Mr. Sagar Khurana. Tserv, grounded in Toyota’s ‘Customer-first’ philosophy, is strategically positioned to serve those Toyota customers who tend to transition to independent multi-brand workshops during their vehicle ownership period.

Under this Tserv initiative, with the support of TKM, the Toyota dealership – Prince Toyota has tied-up with a multi-brand workshop (L K Engineering Works) in Swaraj Dweep [Havelock] of Andaman & Nicobar Island, marking a significant milestone that aims to enhance long-term Toyota customers outreach & continue to provide an enriching car servicing experience to them in the region.

Furthermore, TKM provides requisite support including the availability of Toyota Genuine Parts (TGP), technical training for Tserv technicians, and access to high-quality Original Equipment Supplier (OES) parts from Tserv associate parts suppliers.
