Volkswagen India opens new touchpoint in Perumbavoor

The new Perumbavoor touchpoint will further bolster customer experience and make worldclass, German-engineered products and services even more accessible to the existing and prospective customers in the city. The Volkswagen India network currently includes 159 sales and 126 service touchpoints across 118 cities, covering over 80% of India’s geography.

Volkswagen Passenger Cars India has opened a new touchpoint in Perumbavoor, Kerala. The new touchpoint, headed by Sabu Johny, Managing Director, EVM Passenger Cars India Private Limited, and supported by a team of 30 sales and service employees, will display in its three bays Volkswagen Taigun, Volkswagen Virtus, and the global best-seller Volkswagen Tiguan. The new touchpoint will also house eight bays in the service facility, the company said in a media release.
