In a strategic move to strengthen its footprint in Chhattisgarh, Volkswagen Passenger Cars India inaugurated two new touchpoints in Bhilai and Bilaspur with a combined workforce of 21 sales and service professionals.
The expansion aims to reinforce the brand’s presence and facilitate accessibility for its vehicles. Volkswagen now boasts a network of three sales and two service touchpoints in the region.
Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Volkswagen Passenger Cars India, said, ‘We have continued to witness steady growth in the region and will continue engaging with customers, offering a portfolio of premium, fun-to-drive, and German-engineered car models with the highest safety standards.’
Siddarth Vaid, Dealer Principal, Vardhaman Autowheels, said that the new touchpoints aim to make Volkswagen’s safe and fun-to-drive cars more accessible, contributing to the evolving automotive landscape in the region.
The Bilaspur facility, with five service bays, is equipped to cater to service maintenance requirements. Both facilities offer door-to-door service through Volkswagen assistance across the region, complemented by support from the Volkswagen touchpoint located in Raipur.
