Kia India, a leading mass-premium automaker, has announced that it has crossed 1,00,000 paid subscription renewals for its Kia Connect platform in the country, achieving a strong retention rate of over 30% for connected car subscriptions. This milestone highlights growing customer confidence and continued engagement with Kia’s intelligent mobility ecosystem, even after the expiry of the complimentary three-year subscription period.

Globally, Kia continues to record an industry-leading enrolment rate of over 97%, underscoring the increasing importance of connected technologies among customers. The strong performance reflects rising demand for advanced digital features and enhanced convenience in everyday driving.

This achievement demonstrates the long-term value of Kia’s connected ecosystem and its ability to retain customers beyond the initial adoption phase.
