EUPD Research has presented MAHLE with the ESG Transparency Award 2024. This prestigious recognition is given by the international market research and consulting firm to organizations that effectively integrate forward-thinking sustainability practices and communicate them transparently. MAHLE’s 2023 sustainability report achieved an impressive score of 86 percent, placing it in the excellence category (75–100 percent), the highest possible award level.
“This rating makes MAHLE one of the pioneers in the economy who have recognized the importance of transparent sustainability reporting and have successfully put it into practice,” said Georg Dietz, member of the Management Board of the MAHLE Group. “I am very pleased that we have once again been recognized by an independent body for our sustainability activities.” The result means MAHLE receives the “Leading Companies” award of the ESG Transparency Award 2024.
EUPD Research examines and evaluates the sustainability goals and measures of European companies in the five categories of transparency, environmental, social, governance, and compliance. “MAHLE achieved the level of excellence in all classes,” said Kathrin Apel, Global Head of Sustainability, Health, Occupational Safety, and Environmental Management at MAHLE.
