Auto Expo to feature record participation of vehicle manufacturers: SIAM

The upcoming edition of the Auto Expo, organized by the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), is set to feature the highest-ever participation from vehicle manufacturers.

The upcoming edition of the Auto Expo, organized by the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), is set to feature the highest-ever participation from vehicle manufacturers. A total of 34 vehicle manufacturers will showcase their innovations and technologies at the event, which is the largest number of participants in the history of the Auto Expo since its inception in 1986.

The 17th edition of Auto Expo, titled “The Motor Show,” will be held under the aegis of the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, from January 17-22, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam in Dwarka. SIAM is partnering with ACMA and CII for this prestigious event.

Notable automakers participating include industry giants like Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra & Mahindra, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, Hyundai Motor India, Kia Motor India, JSW MG Motor, and Skoda Auto Volkswagen India. Luxury car manufacturers such as BMW, Mercedes, Porsche India, and BYD will also showcase their latest products. In the two-wheeler segment, major brands like TVS Motor Company, Bajaj Auto, Hero MotoCorp, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India, Suzuki Motorcycle, and India Yamaha will be on display.

Commercial vehicle manufacturers such as Volvo Eicher, Ashok Leyland, JBM, and Cummins India will also participate. Additionally, several pure electric vehicle (EV) players, including Ather Energy, TI Clean Mobility, Eka Mobility, Ola Electric, and Vinfast, will present their electric mobility solutions.

The Expo will feature separate thematic pavilions dedicated to decarbonisation, circularity, electrification, and road safety. This edition of Auto Expo promises to be a significant milestone in showcasing the future of mobility and sustainable transportation.

The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 will be held at Bharat Mandapam, Yashobhoomi (India International Convention and Expo Center) in Dwarka, and at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida, concurrently. The last edition of Auto Expo took place from January 11-18, 2023, at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, while the inaugural Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024 was held from February 1-3.
