FADA announces the 13th Auto Summit 2025, scheduled for 18th January in New Delhi

The theme for the 13th Auto Summit, “Safe, Efficient & Sustainable: Shaping Tomorrow’s Mobility,” has been carefully chosen to tackle the crucial challenges and opportunities that the industry will face in the future.

The Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) announced the 13th edition of its premier event, the Auto Summit, set to take place on Saturday, 18th January 2025, at Le Méridien, New Delhi. For over 26 years, this prestigious event has been a pivotal moment for the automobile retail industry in India, representing its growth, unity, and forward-thinking vision. Initially envisioned as a biennial event, the Auto Summit has evolved into an annual gathering, now aligned with the Bharat Mobility Global Expo, reflecting the sector’s dynamic and constantly evolving landscape.

The Auto Summit is widely recognized as the “Maha Kumbh” of the Indian automobile retail industry, with last edition’s footfall crossing 1,800 mark under one roof. This event represents the diversity and scale of the sector, with Auto Dealers participation spanning the entire country—from the northernmost region of Srinagar to the southern tip of Kanyakumari, and from Kohima in the east to Dwarka in the west. It exemplifies the sector’s national impact, bringing together stakeholders from all parts of the country to collectively shape the way ahead.

The theme for the 13th Auto Summit, “Safe, Efficient & Sustainable: Shaping Tomorrow’s Mobility,” has been thoughtfully selected to address the key challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for the industry. This theme underscores FADA’s commitment to fostering a future where the automobile sector thrives through innovation while embracing responsibility.

Safety, efficiency and sustainability are essential to the future of the automotive industry. The sector is focused on integrating advanced safety features, advocating for improved road infrastructure and fostering trust through safer mobility solutions. Simultaneously, leveraging cutting-edge technology and streamlining operations are setting new benchmarks for excellence in both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Sustainability—emphasizing the transition to greener mobility solutions, the adoption of electric vehicles and reducing emissions—is no longer optional but imperative. The summit will spotlight these critical priorities, fostering collaboration and actionable strategies to align with India’s vision for a safer, more efficient and sustainable future.

FADA President Mr. C S Vigneshwar said, “We stand at a defining moment in India’s automotive journey. By focusing on safety, efficiency and sustainability, the 13th Auto Summit underscores our commitment to building a future-ready mobility ecosystem. FADA remains dedicated to fostering collaborative dialogue, driving innovation and ensuring that dealers across the nation play a pivotal role in shaping the country’s automotive landscape.”

As the national body representing automobile dealers across India, FADA plays a pivotal role in shaping the industry’s trajectory. With over 50 speakers across 13 sessions, the Auto Summit 2025 will offer a collaborative platform for industry leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders to engage in meaningful dialogue, share insights, and explore opportunities for sustainable growth in its day long event.

We are honored that the Hon’ble Minister of Heavy Industries, Shri H.D. Kumaraswamy, will serve as Chief Guest, while the Hon’ble Minister of Road Transport & Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari, will be the Guest of Honour.

FADA remains committed to advocating for the interests of automobile dealers and fostering innovation within the sector. Through initiatives like the Auto Summit, FADA continues to ensure that India’s automobile retail industry remains a vital contributor to the nation’s economic growth and development.
