Tata Motors showcased its next-generation aggregates portfolio at Bauma CONEXPO India 2026, featuring gensets, industrial engines and axles designed for construction, material handling, logistics and other industrial applications.
The company displayed a range of CPCB IV+ compliant gensets from 10 kVA to 125 kVA, industrial engines ranging from 0.7-litre to 3.3-litre, and the HR 210 Live Axle, which Tata Motors describes as India’s first hub-reduction axle with a high level of localised content.
Tata Motors Displays CPCB IV+ Genset Range
The genset portfolio includes 0.7-litre two-cylinder engines for 10-15 kVA applications and 1.5-litre four-cylinder engines designed for 20-35 kVA applications. The range is aimed at supporting a variety of industrial and construction requirements while meeting CPCB IV+ emission standards.
Tata Motors has also showcased an intelligent remote monitoring system that enables real-time diagnostics and monitoring. The system is offered as an optional feature on genset variants below 55 kW, providing users with greater visibility into equipment performance and operating conditions.
Industrial Engine Portfolio
The company’s industrial engine lineup includes the 497 Naturally Aspirated engine, producing 41 kW, the 497 TC engine with an output of 74 kW, and the 3.3-litre TC engine, developing 101.5 kW.
These engines are designed for applications across construction, material handling and other industrial sectors, where high-load duty cycles and demanding operating conditions require dependable performance.
According to Tata Motors, the gensets are based on its proven vehicular engine platforms, allowing the company to leverage its existing engineering and technology capabilities across multiple applications.
HR 210 Live Axle Showcased
Another key highlight of the display was the HR 210 Live Axle, which Tata Motors described as India’s first hub-reduction axle with high localised content. The axle is intended for demanding applications where durability and performance under high-load operating conditions are critical.
Vikram Agrawal, Head – Parts and Aggregates Business, Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, said the company is focused on expanding its aggregates portfolio across multiple applications while improving efficiency and reliability.
The showcase at Bauma CONEXPO India 2026 underlines Tata Motors’ efforts to expand its portfolio of powertrain and drivetrain solutions beyond conventional vehicle applications, catering to the evolving requirements of the construction, material handling, logistics and broader industrial sectors.
