AMO Mobility, specializing in electric two-wheeler production, has introduced Jaunty i Pro, a modern high-speed intelligent scooter priced at INR 1.15 lakh.
The Jaunty i Pro is specifically designed to meet the evolving demands for electric mobility in Tier-I and Tier-II cities, as well as for last-mile delivery services. Available in three colors – white, blue, and grey, it can be purchased from over 200 dealerships.
The company anticipates that this indigenous model will contribute up to 50% of its revenue and bolster its market share in India’s fast-growing EV industry. With plans to manufacture 30,000 Jaunty i Pro units for FY25, AMO Mobility aims to capitalize on the expanding market.
Featuring a range of 120 km on a single charge, the Jaunty i Pro is equipped with an advanced 2.52 kWh battery, a Smart Battery Management System, and a rapid charger enabling a charging time of around 3.5 hours. Additionally, it offers three speed modes – Economic, City Ride, and Power Mode, capable of reaching speeds up to 60km/hr.
With a motor efficiency exceeding 90% and generating 143 Nm of torque, the Jaunty i Pro emphasizes power efficiency. Safety features include advanced battery technology coated with anti-flame potting material, a temperature-alerting buzzer, CAN 2.0B protocol adoption, an advanced combination braking system, and safety communication systems to ensure rider safety and comfort.

AMO Mobility’s use of domestically produced components for the Jaunty i Pro aligns with the guidelines of the Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme. Following the launch, the company intends to pursue additional local partnerships, building on previous collaborations, to broaden its market reach.
