Shailender Luthra, newly appointed FADA Delhi Chairperson, will collaborate with dealers and government bodies to address auto retail issues. With 30+ years of experience, he leads the Brite Group, managing Skoda, Nissan, and Royal Enfield dealerships in Delhi NCR.

The Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) has appointed Shailender Luthra as the State Chairperson for its Delhi Chapter. In his new role, Luthra will work closely with authorised automobile dealers and engage with various Delhi Government departments to address auto retail challenges and strengthen industry collaboration in the NCT region.

Backed by over 30 years of experience, Luthra brings deep industry insight and leadership expertise. He currently heads the Brite Group, which operates leading dealerships for Skoda, Nissan, and Royal Enfield across Delhi NCR.

Commenting on his appointment, Shailendra Luthra said, “Accepting the stewardship of FADA’s Delhi Chapter is far more than an appointment—it is an invitation to re-imagine what mobility can mean for our capital city and, by extension, for India. Delhi has always been a trendsetter; now it must become the proving ground for a new era of automotive retail that is sustainable, digitally fluent, and deeply human-centred.”

“Guided by the bold vision of our national leadership, we will move beyond incremental improvements toward a sweeping agenda of progress—one that places environmental responsibility, customer trust, and entrepreneurial resilience at its core. My priority is to unite our dealer community, policymakers, innovators, and financiers around a single, compelling mission: to make Delhi the benchmark for transparent, future-ready auto retail. With my team of Regional Directors, we will transform today’s challenges into tomorrow’s opportunities and position Delhi as the lighthouse that guides India’s automotive destiny.”

FADA remains steadfast in its mission to strengthen India’s automotive retail landscape. The appointment of Luthra marks a continued effort to enhance regional representation and deepen engagement with all key stakeholders in Delhi.
