Hero MotoCorp has appointed Anuj Dua as Chief Business Officer – Premium Segment. The company is expanding its Hero Premia network, premium portfolio and connected technology offerings.

Hero MotoCorp has appointed Anuj Dua as Chief Business Officer – Premium Segment, reinforcing its commitment to the fast-growing premium motorcycle and scooter market. The newly created leadership role will spearhead the company’s premium business strategy, focusing on portfolio expansion, exclusive retail experiences, strategic partnerships and enhanced rider engagement.

Dua brings extensive experience to the role, having held leadership positions at Hero MotoCorp, Royal Enfield and Bajaj Auto. His appointment comes as Hero intensifies its efforts to strengthen its presence in India’s premium two-wheeler segment.

Hero Premia Network Expands Beyond 130 Outlets

As part of its premium growth strategy, Hero MotoCorp has significantly expanded its Hero Premia retail and service network, which now comprises more than 130 outlets across India. The dedicated premium dealerships are designed to offer a differentiated customer experience while supporting sales and after-sales services for the company’s expanding premium portfolio.

During FY26, Hero MotoCorp strengthened its lineup with several new launches, including the Glamour X, Xtreme 125R, Xtreme 250R, Xoom 160, XPulse 210 and the Harley-Davidson X440 T, further broadening its presence across multiple premium motorcycle and scooter segments.

Advanced Technology and Manufacturing to Drive Premium Growth

Hero MotoCorp said it is accelerating the integration of advanced technologies across its premium portfolio, including connected vehicle features, over-the-air (OTA) software updates, intelligent rider interfaces and next-generation electronic architecture.

The company is also leveraging insights gained through Hero MotoSports to enhance chassis engineering, electronic rider aids, powertrain performance and overall vehicle durability.

In addition, Hero plans to progressively expand the advanced manufacturing capabilities developed at its Neemrana “Garden Factory” across its production network. These capabilities include automated manufacturing processes, digital quality control systems and sustainable production practices aimed at improving efficiency and product quality.
