BYD India revises Electric Passenger Vehicle prices effective July 2026

The price increase will range from 1–2% depending on model and variant. Customers booking vehicles during May and June 2026 can still avail current pricing if deliveries are completed by July 31, 2026

BYD India has announced a price revision across its electric passenger vehicle lineup, effective July 1, 2026. The revision, attributed to continued foreign exchange fluctuations, will result in a price increase of 1–2% depending on the model and variant.

To provide customers with greater price assurance, the company will continue offering current prices for bookings made during May and June 2026, provided deliveries are completed by July 31, 2026. However, all bookings placed from July 1, 2026 onwards will be subject to the revised pricing structure.

Mr. Rajeev Chauhan, Head of Electric Passenger Vehicles (EPV) Business at BYD India, said, “This price revision is in lieu of foreign exchange fluctuations. Even in a challenging market environment, BYD India remains focused on delivering high-value, advanced, safe, and premium electric mobility solutions to customers. We continue to see strong market demand for products such as the BYD ATTO 3 and the BYD SEALION 7, reflecting growing confidence in premium electric mobility among Indian consumers.”
