BASF India Limited announces Q2 2024-2025 results

BASF India Limited reported sales of Rs. 42,477.2 million for the second quarter ending September 30, 2024, marking a 14.6% increase from Rs. 37,066.0 million in the same quarter of the previous year.

The Company reported a Profit before Tax (excluding exceptional items) of Rs. 1,712.0 million for the quarter ending September 30, 2024, compared to Rs. 2,002.7 million in the same quarter of the previous year.

For the half-year ended on September 30, 2024, the Company registered sales of Rs. 82,146.2 million, as compared to Rs. 70,812.5 million for the corresponding period of the previous year, an increase of 16%. Profit before tax (before exceptional items) stood at Rs. 4,540.7 million for the half-year ended September 30, 2024, compared to Profit Before Tax (before exceptional items) of Rs. 3,521.4 million for the corresponding period of the previous year. Profit after tax (after exceptional items) stood at Rs. 3,485.2 million for the half-year ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Profit after tax (after exceptional items) of Rs. 2,617.8 million reported in the corresponding period of the previous year.
