Tata Motors announces introductory prices for the Harrier.ev — India’s most powerful home-grown SUV

The Harrier.ev combines world-first innovations, a lifetime battery warranty, supercar-like performance, off-road capability, and advanced technology—positioning it as the SUV of the future. Bookings open on 2nd July, with introductory prices announced for the Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) variants.

Tata Motors, the nation’s leading manufacturer of four-wheeler EVs, has revealed the launch pricing for the Harrier.ev, proudly billed as India’s most potent indigenous SUV. Showcasing several world-first innovations and backed by a lifetime battery-pack warranty, the Harrier.ev blends supercar-level performance, true go-anywhere off-road capability, cutting-edge technology, and premium comfort—cementing its status as the SUV of the future.

With bookings of the Harrier.ev starting from 2nd July, below are the introductory prices for its personas powered by Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD). Prices of Quad Wheel Drive (QWD) dual-motor powered personas will be announced on 27th June 2025.

The ex-showroom, pan-India prices for the RWD variants are ₹21.49 lakh for the Adventure 65, ₹21.99 lakh for the Adventure S 65, ₹23.99 lakh for the Fearless+ 65, ₹24.99 lakh for the Fearless+ 75, and ₹27.49 lakh for the Empowered 75. These prices exclude the cost of the charger and its installation, although an AC fast charger can be purchased separately.

Key Highlights of the Harrier.ev

The Harrier.ev delivers supercar-like performance with its dual-motor setup—producing 158 PS (116 kW) at the front and 238 PS (175 kW) at the rear—generating a combined torque of 504 Nm. This allows the electric SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.3 seconds, setting a new benchmark in its segment.

Designed for adventure, the Harrier.ev boasts go-anywhere off-road capabilities with a robust Quad Wheel Drive system. It features six terrain modes to confidently tackle diverse road conditions, while a 540-degree surround view system enhances visibility around and underneath the vehicle.

Inside, the Harrier.ev offers indulgent technology and premium comfort. Its advanced Ultra Glide Suspension with Frequency Dependent Damping ensures a smooth ride. The cabin is equipped with a 36.9 cm (14.53″) cinematic Harman infotainment screen powered by Samsung Neo QLED—the world’s first of its kind—paired with a 10-speaker JBL audio system featuring Dolby Atmos for an immersive theatre-like experience. Additional conveniences include e-Valet Auto Park Assist, Digi Access digital key, and DrivePay.

The vehicle is powered by a 75 kWh battery pack, delivering an impressive ARAI-certified range of 627 km, with an estimated real-world range between 480 km and 505 km. Fast charging capabilities allow up to 250 km of range to be added in just 15 minutes. For added peace of mind, Tata offers a lifetime battery warranty for the first private individual owner.
