JC Washbish appointed President & CEO of the Alliance

Effective January 1, 2025, following his promotion to President earlier in 2024, JC will now serve as both President and CEO. In his new role, JC will continue to work closely with the Alliance’s shareholders and channel partners to drive business growth and enhance industry relationships.

The Board of Directors of The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. has appointed JC Washbish as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2025. This follows his promotion to President earlier in 2024. JC will now hold both the President and CEO titles.

In his new role, JC will continue to work closely with the Alliance’s shareholders and channel partners to drive business growth and enhance industry relationships. He will oversee all executive leadership teams across information technology, sales and marketing, category management, and finance, ensuring alignment with the Alliance’s strategic objectives.

JC joined the Alliance in 2016 as Sales, Marketing, and Brand Manager, responsible for advertising, promotions, and sales support. He was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2017, Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2019, and President in 2024. Throughout his career, JC has played a pivotal role in expanding marketing and sales initiatives, shaping the company’s strategic direction, and driving growth. His experience spans business development, strategic planning, and coordination across various departments.

A graduate of Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida, with a Juris Doctor degree, JC also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio. He has earned his AAP designation from the University of the Aftermarket and is a graduate of Leadership 2.0, reflecting his commitment to professional development and leadership within the industry. JC was also honored with the 2024 Northwood University Automotive Aftermarket Education Award.

JC succeeds his father, John R. Washbish, as the third CEO in the history of the Alliance. John served as CEO from 2010 to 2024 and will continue to advise the Alliance and its shareholders in a consulting role. Richard “Dick” Morgan previously led the Alliance for over 14 years, from 1994 to 2009.
