Polestar reports 76% Year-on-Year growth in Q1 2025 retail sales

Polestar delivered an estimated 12,304 vehicles in Q1 2025 — a 76% increase compared to Q1 2024, with sales holding steady versus Q4 2024 despite a challenging global economic environment. This growth has been driven by rising demand for newer models and the brand’s shift toward a more active selling model.

Polestar CEO Michael Lohscheller commented: “We are on the right track and doing the right things. I’m pleased with the progress we’re making in transforming our commercial operations. With a more active selling model, more retail partners, and attractive cars, we are delivering results. At the same time, we’re closely monitoring the volatile geopolitical landscape and will adapt as needed.”
