In early 2025, ZF Aftermarket is significantly expanding its TRW chassis product portfolio, adding over 130 new parts within the first two months. These additions increase TRW chassis part availability for approximately 29 million more vehicles across the U.S. and Canada. Combined with TRW’s steering and braking solutions, the expanded lineup further strengthens its extensive OE-quality offerings for the North American aftermarket.
ZF Aftermarket continues its steady growth across chassis, braking, steering, transmission, and other product lines. In 2024, the company introduced 810 new passenger car parts in North America under the ZF, LEMFÖRDER, SACHS, TRW, and WABCO brands, extending coverage to approximately 190.5 million vehicles.
The latest chassis additions include control arms, ball joints, tie rods, and related components for a wide range of passenger cars and SUVs, including popular Audi, BMW, Honda, Mercedes, and Volkswagen models. This expansion brings OE-quality parts to more workshops, technicians, and vehicle owners across North America.
“ZF and its brands LEMFORDER, SACHS, TRW and WABCO have built a strong reputation over many decades for delivering high-quality, reliable aftermarket parts, and we take great pride in that,” said Chris Battershell, ZF Aftermarket Vice President Region North America. “As we expand our lineup of OE-quality components in 2025, our goal is to ensure that more vehicle owners and technicians have access to top-tier parts. This is just the beginning—we plan to introduce hundreds more OE-standard ZF Aftermarket parts, as well as expanded digital products and services this year.”
The TRW brand, a leader in automotive technology, is known for its high-quality OE standards and safety components. TRW parts come with the confidence of installing the same high quality, engineered-to-application parts as the OE, offering assurance that repairs are done right the first time.
