Refex Mobility, the clean mobility division of the Refex Group, has officially launched its operations in the Delhi NCR region, reaffirming its strong commitment to advancing sustainable corporate transportation.
The inauguration ceremony was honoured by the presence of the Hon’ble Union Minister of New and Renewable Energy, Shri Prahlad Joshi, along with other esteemed dignitaries.
As part of this strategic expansion, Refex Mobility plans to deploy over 400 new four-wheeler clean-fuel vehicles across Delhi NCR within the next three months, further enhancing its growing pan-India footprint in green mobility solutions.

- Existing fleet strength of 1,400+ all-electric four-wheeler vehicles across Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mumbai
- Serving 70+ leading corporates across BFSI, IT/ITES, telecom, e-commerce, and startups
- Supported by 200+ employees and a tech-enabled transport management system
- Has already abated 35 lakh kilograms of tailpipe CO₂ emissions since inception
- Expanding into Delhi NCR as a springboard to scale into Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities nationwide
Speaking at the launch event, Hon’ble Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy, Shri Prahlad Joshi, commended Refex Mobility’s commitment to clean transportation. He stated: “Under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, India is progressing rapidly toward clean energy and sustainable mobility. To truly harness the potential of electric vehicles and energy-efficient transport, we must ensure they are powered by solar energy.
I urge corporates to lead this transformation by adopting solar-based charging for their EV fleets. This will not only reduce our reliance on oil imports and cut emissions but also help build greener, healthier cities—aligned with our national ESG goals.”
