Zingbus projects ₹350 crore revenue for FY26, Expands routes across India

Zingbus targets ₹350 crore revenue for FY26 with the launch of 28 new intercity bus routes and electric buses. Serving 3M travelers across 200+ cities, Zingbus expands sustainably.

New Delhi-based intercity bus service Zingbus has set its sights on generating over ₹350 crore in revenue for FY26, reflecting strong year-on-year growth from FY25, according to filings with the Registrar of Companies.

As part of its expansion strategy, Zingbus has launched 28 new routes under its Zingbus Maxx and Zingbus Plus services across North and South India. Much of this fleet expansion has strengthened existing routes, offering travellers increased frequency and flexibility.

“As we work toward our FY26 growth goals, we are focusing on demand-led expansion, adding routes in areas with consistently high passenger demand,” said Prashant Kumar, Co-founder and CEO of Zingbus. “Our goal is to scale operations efficiently while maintaining service quality.”

To date, Zingbus has served over 3 million travellers across its network. The company operates an asset-light model, partnering with bus operators instead of owning vehicles directly, enabling it to double its fleet year-on-year while optimizing for profitability.

In a push toward sustainability, Zingbus has introduced electric buses to its fleet. Through EV initiatives and climate programs in partnership with Climes, the company has offset over 593,000 kg of CO₂ emissions, reinforcing its commitment to eco-friendly intercity travel.

Currently, Zingbus operates 300+ buses across 200 cities in over 20 states, completing more than 6 million journeys. With plans to add more routes in Southern India in the coming months, the company continues to expand its network while prioritizing operational efficiency and sustainability.
