Kia India has expanded its Syros SUV line-up with the introduction of a new HTK (EX) trim, aimed at delivering enhanced value based on evolving customer preferences. With this addition, the Syros range now comprises seven variants.
The newly introduced HTK (EX) trim is priced at ₹9.89 lakh (ex-showroom) for the petrol variant and ₹10.63 lakh (ex-showroom) for the diesel variant, strengthening the SUV’s value proposition across both powertrain options.
Commenting on the development, Atul Sood, Senior Vice President and National Head – Sales and Marketing, Kia India, said, “At Kia, customer insights guide every product decision we make. The introduction of the HTK (EX) trim for Syros reflects our constant focus on responding to customer feedback and delivering meaningful value. By expanding the line-up at an attractive price point, we aim to make our SUV more accessible while continuing to offer the features and quality that customers expect from Kia.”
Based on the HTK (O) variant, the HTK (EX) trim enhances the SUV’s visual appeal with LED DRLs, LED headlamps and tail-lamps, along with R16 alloy wheels. The trim also adds several premium comfort and convenience features, including an electric sunroof, flush-type door handles, a 31.2 cm (12.3-inch) touchscreen infotainment system, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, and a rear parking camera with sensors.
Safety remains a strong focus, with the HTK (EX) offering over 20 standard safety features, including six airbags, ABS with EBD, Electronic Stability Control, Hill Start Assist, and Vehicle Stability Management, among others.
With the addition of a diesel powertrain option for the HTK (EX) trim, Kia further broadens customer choice within the Syros range.
Positioned as a compelling offering in its segment, the Kia Syros delivers a spacious cabin, refined interiors, comfortable seating for all passengers, and class-leading boot space. Built on Kia’s design philosophy of ‘Opposites United’, the SUV blends bold styling with everyday functionality. Underpinned by the reinforced K1 platform and boasting a 5-star BNCAP safety rating, the Syros ranks among the safest family-oriented SUVs in its category.
With the introduction of the HTK (EX) trim, Kia India continues to strengthen its value-driven portfolio while aligning closely with customer expectations in a highly competitive market.
