Honda showcases Zero-Emission Power Technologies at ACT Expo 2026

Honda will introduce its Mobile Power Pack e: for B2B product integrations in the U.S. starting June, as part of its push into zero-emission energy solutions.

Honda has returned to the Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo 2026, presenting its latest zero-emissions power technologies while engaging with clean energy experts to explore business opportunities in the U.S. As part of its showcase, Honda announced that it will begin offering the Honda Mobile Power Pack e: for B2B commercial integrations in the U.S. starting next month.

The move aligns with Honda’s broader strategy to expand its zero-emissions energy solutions portfolio, supporting its global ambition of achieving carbon neutrality across all products and corporate operations by 2050. Company representatives highlighted the expo as a key platform to connect with potential partners and accelerate innovation in clean energy solutions.

Honda Mobile Power Pack e:

Developed to address critical challenges in electric mobility—such as long charging times, limited range, and high battery costs—the Honda Mobile Power Pack e: is a portable, swappable battery system. Its flexible design allows integration not only with Honda products but also with a wide range of electric solutions from other OEMs, making it suitable for diverse commercial applications.

Hydrogen Fuel Cell Energy Solutions

Honda also showcased its advancements in hydrogen fuel cell technology:

  • Current-Generation Fuel Cell Module: Co-developed with General Motors, this system delivers improved performance and durability while reducing costs by nearly two-thirds compared to the previous generation.
  • Next-Generation Fuel Cell Module: Currently under development, this module is expected to cut production costs by half, double durability, and triple power density.
  • Fuel Cell Power Generator: A stationary hydrogen-based power solution capable of supplying clean electricity to large-scale facilities such as factories and data centers, with scalable output ranging from 250 kW to 3 MW.

Through these innovations, Honda is positioning itself as a key partner for companies looking to develop zero-emission products and sustainable energy solutions. Businesses interested in collaboration opportunities can connect with Honda to explore partnerships in hydrogen technology and battery-powered applications.
