
SKF India Industrial has announced the appointment of Manasa Nagaraju as its new Head of IT and Digitalization for the India, Southeast Asia, and Middle East region.
In her new role, Nagaraju will be responsible for driving the company’s regional IT strategy, leading digital transformation initiatives, and overseeing the adoption of data, cloud, and enterprise technologies to support business growth and operational excellence across SKF’s industrial operations.
She joins SKF India Industrial with extensive experience in digital transformation and technology leadership across diverse sectors, including aviation, airport operations, public safety, food technology, and manufacturing. Throughout her career, Nagaraju has led global technology programmes, implemented business optimization initiatives, and developed data-driven solutions, cloud platforms, and digital HR systems aimed at improving organizational efficiency and performance.
Prior to joining SKF, she played a key role in the aviation industry, contributing to the development of cargo booking and tracking platforms for major international airlines, including Delta, Air Canada, American Airlines, and SAS. She later expanded her expertise into business analytics, digital infrastructure projects, and public sector transformation programmes.
At SKF India Industrial, Nagaraju will focus on advancing the company’s digitalization agenda by building scalable technology solutions, strengthening data infrastructure, and enhancing cloud-enabled capabilities. Her efforts are expected to support process optimization, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate digital innovation across the company’s regional industrial network.
