Vaibhav Kaushik, Co-Founder and CEO of Nawgati, India’s leading fuel-tech platform, has been featured in the Avendus Wealth Hurun India U30 List 2026, which recognises the country’s most promising entrepreneurs aged 30 and under.
The recognition comes as part of the second edition of the Avendus Wealth Hurun India Uth Series 2026, which honours 102 young founders whose ventures have evolved beyond promising ideas to generate significant economic value. Collectively, the entrepreneurs featured in this year’s list represent businesses valued at ₹2.9 lakh crore and employ more than 75,000 people across India.
The list includes a mix of first-generation entrepreneurs and next-generation business leaders who are driving innovation, building scalable businesses, and shaping the future of India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Vaibhav’s inclusion on the list reflects Nawgati’s growth as a category-defining player in India’s mobility-tech space. Under his leadership, the company has built an AI-first platform for fuel station operations and fleet management and has expanded its footprint into international markets, including the UAE and Sri Lanka.
Speaking on the recognition, Vaibhav Kaushik, Co-Founder & CEO of Nawgati, said, “Being part of the Avendus Wealth Hurun India U30 List means a lot, not just for me but for the entire Nawgati team that has worked hard to solve real problems in the fuel and mobility ecosystem. It’s encouraging to see this work being recognized alongside some of the country’s most promising young founders, and it pushes us to keep building.”
This is not the first time Vaibhav’s work has drawn national recognition. He was earlier named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list.
