JSW MG Motor India Private Limited has appointed Parth Jindal as Chairman of the company, with immediate effect. The appointment was announced following a decision by the company’s Board of Directors.
Jindal has been a member of the Board of JSW MG Motor India since the formation of the joint venture and has played an active role in the company’s product strategy, manufacturing expansion and localisation initiatives.
In addition to his new role as Chairman of JSW MG Motor India, Jindal serves as Managing Director of JSW Cement and JSW Paints, Chairman of JSW Dulux Limited, and Director on the Board of JSW Energy.
He is also the Founder of JSW Sports and serves as Chairman and Co-Owner of the Delhi Capitals.
Jindal’s continued involvement with JSW MG Motor India is expected to support the company’s ongoing focus on product development, local manufacturing and strengthening its presence in India’s automotive market.
